ACTIVITY CALCULATOR

All physical activity burns calories and helps to keep the weight off.  Some activities are better than others if you want to burn those calories.  Obviously, the more strenuous the activity, the more you will burn.  The activity calculator charts below show different activities at different intensities to show how much a difference in activity level can matter.





All of these calculations are for 150 lbs person. If you weigh less, you will burn slightly less.  If you weigh more, you will burn more.
